    Join us for the Teen Summer Reading Program! All teens going into grades 6th-12th are welcome to join.     What: Join the four best friends as they finish their first year of college and dive into a summer of excitement. Bridget journeys to Turkey on an archeological dig. Carmen plunges into the hectic, creative world of summer theater in Vermont. Lena discovers new love and old heartbreak at the Rhode Island School of Design. Tibby takes a big step in her relationship with Brian in the Big Apple.

    Library Teen Council
    The next meeting of the Library Teen Council will be on
    Wednesday July 1st at 5:00pm on the 2nd Floor of the library. We will prepare for the Henna Tattoo Program and set up for the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. Join us for fun and food.

    Talk Soup-Teen Book Club
    In June we will be discussing the book Something, Maybe, by Elizabeth Scott. We will meet on July 7th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Anyone ages 12-18 is welcome to join us to discuss this great book.

    Seventeen-year-old high school student Hannah is trying to lead a normal life, despite the fact that both her parents are famous for their wild lifestyles, which means getting her secret crush to notice her.

    Book Arts Bonanza
    Discover the pleasure of turning ordinary paper and recycled goodies like envelopes, buttons, ribbon and calendar pages into nifty handmade books. We'll make Triangle Cover Accordions with button closures, a wildly colorful All-About-Me Book, a Souvenir Booklet that uses envelopes for hidden goodies, an Origami Portfolio and more. All supplies provided. Optional: Bring color xeroxes of photos of yourself. Join us Sunday, June 28th at 1:00p.m. in the community room of the downtown library.
